Anyone can post a rating and comment on this site as an alleged resident or former resident of an apartment property with no accountability or responsibility for their remarks whether they are positive or negative, true or false. While this website purports to be well-intentioned, the use of it has degenerated into anything but useful. How many times have you seen positive reviews on here'! Most people don??t go to the website to praise the apartment complex they are living in. However, this website is a perfect forum for disgruntled ex-employees of these properties, problematic former or current residents who have caused property damages, violated property rules, or were evicted from the property (especially the latter).


In summary, don??t base the decision on where you live on any information from this site, be it positive or negative. Many good properties are unjustifiably the targets of libel and slander. Don??t get me wrong, some negative responses regarding certain properties are more than deserved but that??s not ALWAYS the case. Use your common sense. Example: a review below who mentioned having horrible experience with living there and citing car accidents on University as one of the reasons!!! Come on, what do car accidents have to do with actually living in the apartment'''

As for Las Palmas in particular, I think the place is great. I??ve been living here for less than a year and I haven??t had any bad experience with it. The few problems I have had have been with the residents not the management. The stuff about the maintenance guys is absolutely false??the guys even work on weekends when they need to. They fix things promptly and don??t give you attitude every time you ask them to do something.
