Crime through the roof with no security to speak of

Ever since the starbucks went up, criminals run through the corridor in the back by the starbucks parking-lot climbing through rear windows and stealing stuff. I have lost thousands of dollars of merchandise which I thought would be safe in my living room. I also had 500 dollars worth of laundry stolen from the dryer forcing me to survive on one pair of jeans. I wanted to kill everyone in that complex just on the off chance that the people who stole all my stuff may work or live there. Safety gets and F from me.
On a different note, despite numerous "reported attempts" at fixing my swamp cooler, it would not work and I was forced to buy a portable swamp cooler to survive the hot summer of 2008. When the manager noticed the empty portable swamp cooler box in front of my apartment. The swamp cooler to my unit mysteriously began working. Maintenance gets an F from me.
