Please, I will beg you, DONT RENT AT THE CENTER SQUARE APARTMENTS. This is perhaps the worst place to live in Las Cruces with the worst possible management. The apartments are now owned by Omni with Bonnie Ferguson as the person in charge. This lady is an absolutely rancid, ugly person, I have never come across a person with a worse personality than her.
The management is completely unresponsive to the complaints and concerns of the tenants. My locks on my door have not worked for the past 5 months.
This is not a safe place to live. Your car will inevitibly be scratched or keyed at some point. My apartment is basically falling apart inside, I cant figure out what I pay $500 a month for. Dont ever expect it to be quiet, no matter what time of day it is, and dont ever expect that the management will care that it isnt even remotely quiet. There is no security patrol or security phone number here. Just a few months ago one of the residents was run over in the parking lot by her boyfriend and air-lifted to the hospital. It is a constant ghetto party outside, drugs and alcohol run rapant. This is NOT the place to live for anyone who would like to feel safe or anyone who would like to sleep once in awhile. And as for the luxurious pool that they advertise here: I have never seen it cleaned once this whole year, and currently it is empty of water and filled with garbage (it has been over 100 degrees the past week).

Wow, so others know how rude and irresonsible Bonnie Ferguson is. At least I am not the only one. Las Cruces residents need to be warned. No one should have to live here and find out on thier own. They are money hungry, lying landlords.

BONNIE FERGUSON IS JUST RUDE WHITE TRASH. THEY PUT IN DISHTV HERE AND ON THEIR INHOUSE CHANNEL THEY PUT A MESSAGE UP TO READ WHAT WE WANT YOU TO KNOW HERE, SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO BE BOTHERED WITH YOU. ROCKS ARE BEING THROWN FROM THE APARTMENT NEXT DOOR, WILL SHE DO ANYTHING? NO! JUST MORE RUDENESS AND SMART ASSED BEHAVIOR. OH YER, THE TV STUFF, SHE JACKED UP THE PRICE OVER $50 AND FORCED EVERYONE TO TAKE IT. IF YOU GET IT DIRECTLY FROM DISH, IT'S ONLY 19.95. SHE'S A RIP OFF AND A THEIF. SHE LOST A BUNCH OF RENTS BECAUSE OF IT AND SHE DON'T CARE AS LONG AS SHE POCKETS THE PROFITS.
