I had no problems with management, and if I had a maintenance problem, it was fixed right away. There were a couple of parties, but it wasn't actually too bad. Its definitely a college student environment- don't move in a family. I hate that the pool isn't heated but the indoor pool was extremely warm (not good for lap swimming). When I lived there, there was a peeping tom/ rapist on the loose, but the head maintenance guy was put on duty, and cops were always around. They also put more lighting in the inner walkway at Centre Square, which made me feel better.
