I really liked the location... so close the university! However there were major problems- being accused of being short on rent (we moved in during a *rent special*, they "couldn't find" our files... we had to bring in OUR copy of the lease to prove it). The office staff was polite... but not very bright, it was a headache to get things done. The appliances are old. We lived in a downstairs unit- get used to hearing the toilet flush upstairs! It took me a month to get used to hearing the sound of water rushing down pipes in the middle of the night (if the person upstairs had to go to the bathroom). It was so loud, it woke me up. The grounds were not kept very clean and forget security- i never saw them. There were also questionable characters who would drive around the apartment complex which made me nervous (I was terrified to leave the apartment alone for a few days when I was gone for vacation). The sprinklers malfunction all the time and the pool is rarely cleaned. It was okay for the short time that I lived there, but I definetly DO NOT reccomend- there are better places.
