Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2008
AC hasn't been turned on in the middle of June. I have been visiting the office every day but they keep saying they'll fix tomorrow every day. It's been more than a month. I requested portable AC today then a staff mentions she does not have any authority. And the staff said they'll fix it on Monday...
I couldn't not use my kitchen sink for almost a month because the garbage disposal was broken.
This apartment had a good staff and maintenance when I moved in. However, at this moment, I have been having a horrible experience. I won't recomend this apartment.
