I lived there for about 10 months and there were so many problems with the place... When we first moved in around the middle of August, a foul, fishy smell (along with a few feathers from the flocks of birds that live there as well) blew out of the swamp cooler. We thought it was just mold, but a couple of months before we moved out, they had corporate come and fix the swamp coolers (they did not work very well), and we asked one of the guys if there was mold around the unit. We came to find that it was not mold... but dead pigeons. Disgusting..
Maintenance is also terrible. Our ceiling had a leak and nobody showed up for 5 days, even though I had called and complained 3 or 4 times. Then, there was a leak in both sinks and whenever we called to have that fixed, they once again did not respond for several days. A couple of weeks before we left we also had a TERRIBLE leak underneath the sink and called again. Nobody showed up, even after we had left. The construction inside is not very good either. The tiles in the bathroom were coming off of the shower walls, and there was mold growing in the shower as well.
Don't be fooled by the well kept outside and show apartments... Horrible management, maintenance, and apartments.
