Much better than the "high end" apartments in town

We recently moved from Casas de Soledad and haven't looked back. The staff at Regency Pointe have been nothing but helpful and pleasant. They respond quickly to any maintenance requests and are always responsive. We had a problem with neighbors at our old complex (hearing our neighbors, slamming doors, etc). I haven't heard my neighbors at all here (and we've been here since January). You might here the occasional noise from the parking lot, but it isn't anything like what we've had to deal with at the other place. We're REALLY happy here.
