I signed a 6-month lease in Dec 03, staying 6 add'l months at the same price on a month-to-month basis. Had a 2nd story corner 2b/1b - very quiet...I probably disturbed the neighboors more than I head them.

Good response time when calling management, even unlocked my apt twice for no charge.

Two (2) months after moving out I still have not received my deposit, which they claim has been mailed to me (out-of-state). Appropriate action is being taken.

A problem I had was with cockroaches - even after spraying they were always on my kitchen countertops and in the dishwasher hiding. Traps didn't help, even though I constantly washed dishes and kept kitchen area dry.

Would recommand to anyone if you plan on staying around so you can deal with managment afterwards.
