Good....if you are a college student!

My family moved into this apartment during the summer of 2005. It was alright at first, but then came the onslaught of college students. We called to complain about the noise level, but this was never handled. When one of the upstairs neighbors parked their bike on our downstairs walkway, we called to complain and the management never told the upstairs neighbors a thing. It is also said that there is on-site management. This is not true. They have an office but they are hardly ever here. Rent has to be taken to their other location at South Fork. Now, we have to deal with scorpions that crowd around our doorway at night, management never did anything about it!
