Poor responses to maintance and noise control problems. Recently moved and will have to litigate for deposit return. Management said we had never cleaned. Apparently this was response to several tenants. Semi - trailer parked in parking lot took up five parking spaces for most of the year and it's still there. Maintenance people did not speak English so they did not understand your needs. On -Site mangement was never there until June of this month. Had to go to Ithaca location to pay rent. They refused to follow their own rules in lease about tenant responsibility, ie.. bikes parked in walkway.
