First of all, staff are condescending, rude, and I hope I never have to associate with anyone like them again.
The complex presents a facade of upscale living and the waterfall really catches your attention. However, the building materials (carpeting, fixtures, doorknobs, wall paint, etc.) are cheap and I strongly believe these apartments are overpriced.
When I left The Pavilions, I thoroughly cleaned the apartment...walls, kitchen, carpet (which included vacuuming and shampooing). A month later I received notification that I would not be receiving my deposit back, and they listed the following deductions: 1) $125 - Carpet/general cleaning 2) $148.14 - Carpet Replacement 3) $57.00 - Replace 2 ice trays, 1 hood filter, 3 vertical blind slats, 2 outlet covers, 1 bathtub stopper
These charges add up EXACTLY to my deposit. How convenient for them! I do not think this place is fit for anyone.
