I have never had any problems or was ever mistreated by staff. If my neighbors are ever loud, I call SECURITY to shut them down. They arent going to get the hint by themselves. If you were paying attention during the Lease signing then you would have heard that if you get security called on you, you have to pay money. I know that if i had security called on me and had to pay money, i sure as heck wouldn't do it again. The management moved the semi trailor, if you haven't been paying attention and if you didn't clean or lived like a slob like most college students do, you shouldn't expect your deposit back. The girls at the office have never been rude to me, they have always helped me and even call me back after a work order is done to make sure that maintenance didn't miss anything. That is pretty efficient if you ask me. Who cares if maintenance speaks spanish, the guys who have been to my apartment complex have always been super nice and always try to help with anything! I am going on my second lease term now and will continue to stay here until I graduate college

did you know that they only moved the trailor after the attorney general was called. he pointed out to them the obviouse code violations and they were threatened with fines. what kind of management will not listen to the complaints of thier residents, but rather only do something about it when their illegal practices are exposed to the city?? I think the author of this misinformed post is obviously a leasing agent.
