I lived at the Pavilions at University for two years and got most of my depost back. I am still friends with some of my neighbors that did receive a bill. I was showed the bill and looked at the pictures and think that it was funny that my friends thought that they left their apartment in better condition then when they moved in. The carpet here is sopposed to be white, but when my next door neighbor moved out it was black. DUH!!! I was charged for some things on my move out, but they were all items that I must admit I did (example: I dropped a hammer on the tile and broke one, I dropped the iron on the carpet and burned it and I dropped a cigerette and it put a hole in the carpet) I thought the Pavilions were more then fair with giving me what I got back. I liked how personable the staff was as well, not only did they know my name and apartment number, but the actually remembered what my major was and when I was getting married and my fiance's name, etc. I wasn't just a number to them.

Sounds like the landlord wrote this review. "The carpet here is sopposed (sic) to be white..."
