I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the PAVILIONS. I've been at three different properties managed by this company over 5 years,and thought the move-in and move-out process each time was uneventful, liked the maintenance response, and thought staff was friendly. I know they threw out some trouble makers near me one-time, and I like not having to live with that around me. Not sure about the tantrum rants i read here, but definitely was NOT my experience.
