Things they don't tell you

I lived here for a year along with 2 other roommates. Management assured us that they we were all on the lease separately, that if one of us moved out before the lease was over, the rest of us weren't responsible for that part of the rent. One of the girls moved out after a few months and they charged us her part plus a 65.00 late fee, and threatened to evict us after the second day. When the lease was over they demamded that we hire a cleaning service they work with (they never told us this when we moved in). We never got our deposit back and they charged us an additional 200 dollars because the apartment was supposedly dirty and the carpet had serious damage (not true!). They also charged us for other ridiculous things that were not even broken or missing. OH! DO NOT GET AN APARTMENT NEAR THE POOL!! you will never sleep!
