I was at the Pavilions for more than 12 months and had a good time. downside was that I asked them to re paint the strpes in the parking lot and they didn't do it, but they did fix my kitchen faucet same day when it broke. I liked the washer and dryer already in my apartment. it was pretty quiet, but my washer got noisy for a while. I would recommend it.

I currently live at the Pavilions at University. I have lived there for five years. They are AWESOME!! The management is outstanding. I get things fixed before I get home from work - same day!!
