It is amazing the how the office staff is cheerful & kind when they are trying to rent you an apartment but when you finally move in, they are rude and completely disrespectful. Maintenance takes forever to make service calls and they rape the tenants of any and all deposits you have placed with them in good faith. They will not allow you to clean your own apartment and rather insist that you use their cleaning personnel. They will find any and all excuses necessary to charge you additional fees. They are able to get away with this because they know that individually, it is more expensive to hire an attorney than loose the deposit. However, if collectively, everyone fights back they can be held accountable. Many of their practices border of violation of tenant/landlord regulations, yet they are not held accountable. How long have they been practicing this behavior'

They do this and more! Parents have been getting shafted for years because they rent for their college aged kids and live out of town, so "damages" are paid w/o question most of the time! If you do try to fight em, no one will help. Technicalities! Wait till you see ur credit reports! Run people, RUN!!!! Bet they respond to this tomo!
