Nice place to call home - Sun Ridge Village may not be the fanciest apartment complex, but it makes up for that by utilizing what it does have. bed Bugs I have lived in Las Palmas for only a one month. The apartment is filled with bed bugs and I have to throw away my bed and my couch. I complained to management but they never responded.
I advice nobody to rent these apartments till they get rid of bed bugs

Pros:
-space and closet space
-relatively quiet
-free carport parking
-conveniently located to stores and the drive to NMSU only about 10-15 min.
-decently priced
Cons:
-small bathrooms
-management is HORRIBLE
-I would wake up with bug bites all

CHEAP If you want a cheap place with a pool this is it. If you are in the downstairs unit expect to hear creaking noise every time someone walks around the apartment above you. You will hear every toilet flush. Hope you are not a light sleeper! Don't believe anything that the person tells

the maintenance is unbearable. I have been without water for 6 days now because a pipe burst. it took them 2 month to fix my ice maker and three months to fix a leak under my sink. they are a nightmare do not rent from them you will end up breaking your lease just to be free from the problems
