1) You will frequently have to call at 3 a.m. to have someone tell your ignorant neighbors to shut up. Most tenants have no respect for each other. I once had the answering svc., tell me that the security guy couldn't find the apt. in question. I had given them the exact Apt. #. I'm guessing they didn't want to get out of bed & blew it off.
2) You will frequently have to trip over garbage and food spilled on the stairs and sidewalks by equally ignorant children with parents who have not learned basic parenting skills.
3) Rocks in the pool, or being thrown by ankle-biters as you walk by because they have no consciousness of anyone else in the world.
4) people parking next to you will ding your car. Again, it's the lack of respect of most New --------.
5) LOTS OF VEHICLE BREAK-INS at Vista & Enchanted Hills.
6) Families w/brats and people with OCD that pound and jump are placed on 2nd & 3rd floors. Be warned.
7) Dogs poop everywhere from ignorant pet owners who don't clean up. The property doesn't fine anyone for violations (poop or noise!), or enforce the rules, so watch where you step.

This all goes for Enchanted Hills and Enchanted Vista.
