I have lived here for about 6 months. The staff are all very very nice people. The managers seem to have a genuine concern for the well being of the apartment complex and the people in it.

The pros are that they are modest but nice and potentially spacious apartments - they are what you make of them. The parking isn't so bad if you don't rent a reserved parking space unless it's like 1 or 2 in the morning, and even then it isn't much of a walk. Maintainence seems to do a good job at keeping everything in working order. There is very little, if no garbage/cigarette butts on the property. I often see someone cleaning the sidewalks and gravel. It is a generally quiet area (in my building at least) unless you have a ridiculously loud neighbor like I used to have, but cops do respond to noise complaints within half an hour or so. The residents here seem to generally mind their own business. Another pro is that you don't have to pay for your water, trash, and septic here, but you must qualify.

The cons are that there are a lot of ghetto people that live here. There are also a mentionable few that I know of, that do sell drugs, but then again, that is all too common on this side of town. The managers really do try to crack down on trying evict those kinds of people. The children are really loud and scream as if they are being murdered when they are playing which tends to get extremely annoying because this place tends to echo, but kids will be kids I suppose. However, I'm concerned that there are so many unattended kids walking around, even at midnight occasionally. I've read that there are many vehicle break-ins here, but I've never really heard of one. The parking lots don't feel too safe. They are lit but not well enough, though this does not feel like a dangerous area despite everything else.
