I have lived here for a year and have had few problems. I guess maybe thats because I made the effort to get to know some of the people here. If you know who your neighbors are its easy to let them know if they are disturbing you. You can be respectful and they will act in kind towards you.
I don't believe there are any major problems on this property. The staff, from management to maintenance are very prompt and handle any concerns in a timely manner.
As for "ignorant neighbors" who neeed to "shut up" and "ankle biters"..maybe we should consider the source when reading that persons review. Its obvious that person has issues..and those issues probably have nothing to do with the property..some folks are not going to be happy anywhere they live. The language that person uses is sophomoric and juvenile. If you can't tolerate kids being kids, or neighbors who are not completely silent...maybe apartment living is not for you..just a suggestion.

And you, my bitter ,angry neighbor should probably just try to be happy. This is a great place to live. If you're not happy....why would you stay? Maybe some people thrive on being unhappy.
