The walls are paper thin here. I can here my next door neighbor like they were right
in the apartment with me. Also many rude people that make noise in the parking lot and honk their horns late at night.
It is also very HOT as they don't turn on the swamp coolers until it gets to almost
85 degrees here!

And they turn them OFF just when it starts getting cool inside. I have NEVER lived anywhere with such shoddy construction, rude people, bad maintenance and just over slummish conditions. In my opinion the place should have been condemened a long time ago!
