The complex paint job does look okay. To give yourself 5 stars, wow!(Cool Beans is the Apartment Manager who rated this place 5 stars). CARPORT POLICY is not enforced. Because the few residents that pay for carport parking have to police their own space and be the one to have to report other cars using our paid space, it is obvious as to who called it in. This, in effect, creates enemies within. If Entrada took the responsibility, as they should, and tagged those without a permit, on a daily and nightly basis, taking away the liability you are creating for us and placing it back where it belongs, on Entrada, then and only then could you quit allowing others into our spaces. These are an extension of our apartments, and it is as though you allow others into our apartments while we are away, since we are not there that second.

Although I pay the fees, everybody else is allowed to park there (in my space and unoccupied spaces) for free. BUT, if you do start paying the fees, and if you have not paid carport fees on the 3rd day, FINAL NOTICES are placed on my door. So, here at Entrada, those that DON'T pay have more rights than those who do pay.

So if anyone decides to move in, you can park anywhere you please. But please, don't park in MY space! (ha ha)

I'm convinced there is no carport policy since it's like grand central station at my building and I doubt anyone pays for it. Yeah I love the FIVE STAR paint job...haha
