PLEASE FIX THESE THINGS!!!!!!
There are NO lights in the laundry room. We did have the privelege of ONE tiny light.
There are NO lights in the entire Southeast side of the apartments. No carport lights, no outside lights. Just creepy people lurking around in the dark.
I, too, have heard her promise prospective tenants that the pile of dirt advertised as a Hot Tub. And I laugh, and laugh.
She should be a politician.

THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU ONCE YOU SIGN YOUR LEASE!!!! BEWARE!!!!
When my lease is up, I'M OUTTA HERE!!!!

They finally fixed the lights in the laundry room. It was weeks without. Really sucked.

Sept 2008 This summer they re-built all the roofs (they did a good job) This summer they re-painted all the exteriors. The Lighting in the parking lot is very poor and scary coming home at night. They hired a security company but there useless. The major problem they are renting to low-lifes, criminals, the rio rancho police respond to the Entrada Point Apts Daily The Interior of all these apartments have never been painted. The carpets are 30 years old The appliance are 30 years old There is mold everywhere. Don't move here, the exterior looks great but the insides are run down. I have a laundry list of repairs needed, don't forget crime here is bad you car will also be a victim. STAY AWAY YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF A cardboard box on the streets would make a better and safer place to live. Good lucky finding a home

Still sweltering with no relief in site!! My apartment faces Southern Blvd and the SE so now I get the morning and afternoon sun beating down on the windows making the temperature inside get up to over 85 degrees inside. Still waiting on maintenance requests and putting up with shady looking neighbors (probably drug dealers) lurking around at all hours of the night.
