Last night I awoke to a "blood curdling scream" coming from a female in my building. Come to find out there were two young men who were residents of the complex commiting robbery and battery at the time. One would think that they would be evicted immediately, but instead they are give a three day notice. This is just one example of what goes on here. My car was broken into ater I had only lived here for a month and every night I get to listen to my downstairs neighbor fight with her abusive boyfriend. They also don't enforce the rule that BBQ grills be at least 15 feet away from a dwelling os every night my inconsiderate neighbor fires up his grill which is about 2 feet from his window and I get lighter fluid fumes coming in. The complex is in serious need of new management who will take these things seriously!!!!!!

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Get out when you can!! I screwed up by signing a 12 month lease. So I'm stuck just like you. Almost every car gets broken into. There is no REAL security. When you call "security", they tell you to call the police. They seriously need to fire the manager. She sucks.
