The writer of "Crime Ridden" is so right! I think all of Rio Rancho's unsavory characters live in this apartment complex. The police are frequently there, and the ratio of residents seems to be: 75% young punks and 25% adults. Sirens and noise from the EMS and the fire trucks is a constant harrassment, especially in the middle of the night. I lived there under a 7-month lease and left the last day of my lease. I was charged an extra day because I brought the key back the following morning (as requested by the assistant mgr) since the office was closed when I finished cleaning. This of course is just a matter of principle. Most notably, the management is extrememly poor. I reported, at least 3 times, a toilet running constantly during the last several weeks before I moved. Nobody ever came to repair it. In addition, the evaporative coolers do not work; there's insufficient venting in the bedrooms (which remain at least 80 degrees even through the night)!

I too lived here and had the same problems as the person above. Management ignoring maintenance requests, ridiculously constant noise from sirens, and very UNDESIREABLE tenants, including most recently two tenants who were arrested for robbery/battery of their own fellow tenants. Nice place....NOT!!!
