Renter Beware of your Landlord From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/10/2001 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001 1 response   Take pictures of your apartment before you move in and after. Otherwise they will try to hit you with bogus charges, (over $1000) in damages, especially if you own pets. This is not an outrageous claim, take the pictures and you will be able to fight them with fact, not their fiction. Please heed this advice, a $5 disposable camera is alot cheaper then what these guys will try to take you for. Also the hot water heaters are screwed up, you can't have hot water and the furnace on at the same time, so plan on taking alot of cold showers. And like I said take pictures, cause a picture tells a thousand bucks worth of truth.
