Pinnacle at High Resort

From: mikedechter@hotmail.com Date posted: 10/6/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I am a current resident of Pinnacle only I'm currently locked into a lease with unreasonable exit fees. My experience at Pinnacle at High Resort has been unsatisfactory. Their facilities are often broken (including the Jacuzzi) and not fixed for weeks. They don't treat their residents with respect. And they are uncomprimising on every single term and word in the lease - especially parking. Lastly, the apartments are not worth the price especially when you add in all the unnecessary and un-announced fees such as the non-refundable and non-returnable deposit, the application fee, the holding fee, and the extra charges they add on for (non-functioning) fireplaces and other 'amenities'. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
