An OK Place To Live - The complex is now called Broadstone @ High Resort. Sabana Grande Apts.-NOT A GOOD PLACE TO MOVE! These apartments also managed by AAA Premier Property Management. Poor management & noisy. The apartment I rented was returned very clean. In turn, I did not receive my deposit.

There are NO lights in the laundry room. We did have the privelege of ONE tiny light.
There are NO lights in the entire Southeast side of the apartments. No carport lights, no outside lights. Just creepy people lurking around in the dark.

Total Crap-Horrible Management! About half way into my lease, the management allowed a 130# dog in the apartment above me, and the owners think their apt. is the dog park!
