Wow,This is just wrong I myself live at saddle creek and I just love it I mean its a beautiful place to live its well kept clean and neat the people here are very nice the staff is also very nice all my needs are always met. If something breaks I call It in Its usually fixed the same day if not the next day. As for Valerie she is very friendly she answers all my questions and makes me feel very welcome here. As for the whole gang bangers and hoods thing thats very prejudice of you to say, just because they act talk and look different than you does not mean they cant pass a credit check you don't know if they work or not, come on you sound so Ignorant you don't know people, for all you know they could be on social security or disability some people even have jobs online which means you stay home and work from your computer, and thats why there home all day, you need to know the facts before you write things like this. I have never heard or seen a shooting here at saddle creek and as for you being stuck with extra fees and higher rent oh come on everything is going up gas,food,clothes,RENT hay thats life as for the whole credit check thing I don't care which apartment complex you live at you have to go threw a credit check I am sure shes got to have paperwork and receipt's on the credit checks and paid rent for the people she moves In for her own boss to view and check (or should I say the gang bangers and hoods she moves in as you call them).......and she couldn't possibly ruin your credit you do that on your own by skipping out or getting kicked out(AS IT SAYS ON YOUR LEASE)and as for the renting 1 bedroom apartments to families of 3 or more thats also gonna happen people do these kinds of things behind her back I am sure........I mean how is she suppose to know about it unless you report it to(HER)if you see it or know about it and you have(FACTS)well then report it to(HER)don't come on here and write about it thats being a coward. And how do you know if she steps out of her office' Unless you don't have a job and your a gang banger or hood sitting at home all day watching her. You don't know what she does, or has to do and as for security crew passing out lease renewal's isn't that his job at the apartments, As It has always been there job to do. I have lived here for 5 years and that's how It has always been. Poor Valerie you come on here to make all kinds of accusations about her that are definitely not true. And also where ever you live there is gonna be crime,gang bangers,hoods you name It there will be problems with people any were you live I mean come on don't make your problems someone else's. If you have all theses problems report them to her its simple. I just hate to see things like this about saddle creek this Is one of the most beautiful places to live not to mention the pool,the great air conditioner's and I love the way its all lite up at night theres security,laundry mat's there is a pay phone on the complex if you need it. To me it seems they try there best to meet the needs of the tenant's I have no complaints what so ever I love it here.
