	Manager delegates all work to others; Valerie hasn't stepped out of her office, except to go home,since she started. She has the maintenance crew inspect the apartments, Security crew pass out the lease renewal requests, she rents 1 bedroom apartments ... more

	Not only is this place a dump, but also the management is terrible. Barbara is the Manager and she is terrible. She will do anything to keep your deposit and give you more fees. Just to illustrate, we arrived there ... more
