I moved here sight unseen when I transferred with my job to Santa Fe. I was nervous, but the office staff was very helpful and e-mailed me lots of pictures. When I arrived, I was very pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the grounds, and was even more happy when I saw my beautiful place. The accent walls made it feel more customized. I haven't experienced anything bad about Maint. or the office staff. They all have been very warm and friendly. I definately picked the right place and I tell people about it at work.

I couldn't agree with you more, although, I question who ever is making decisions on the corporate level. This is the second summer in a row where they have closed the pool to do repairs on it. This time it will be an entire month. The holiday weekend, 4th of July included. It is summer time, and our kids are home from school. It's currently in the 90's here in Santa Fe. What are they thinking? The indoor heated pool is one of the reasons I moved here in the first place. A rent reduction for the inconvenience would have been nice. Hopefully this will be it and in the future if repairs are needed, they will not do them during the summer. :(

We feel terrible about the pool being closed down this summer during the month of July. Unfortunately, we experienced problems with the contractor that we hired and had to get a second contractor out. Needless to say, it delayed tho opening of the pool. The good news is that it has been re-surfaced and it looks beautiful, and it's nice and cozy so that you can swim all winter long!!!! Thank you for your patience. Avaria Manager
