I recently renewed my lease for another 15 months at Avaria of Santa Fe.
The location is amazing.
The apartments are centrally located to everything in Santa Fe.
The current management team has been extremely helpful and the maintenance crew are both hard working and knowledgeable, although perhaps they are under staffed.
The units are nice but do need updating although it appears they are doing this for new tenants.
All in all I would highly recommend Avaria of Santa Fe.
