We recently moved to Avaria of Santa Fe and like the place. Amazingly we signed a lease on the same day we visited this place. It is very close to grocery store, restaurants,, bank etc. It falls under 2 very good primary school districts (EJ and Chapparal) depending on where you live. Both the management and maintenance teams are very cooperative. The only other thing we would hope for is more families with children playing around. We would highly recommend Avaria of Santa Fe.
