This place used to be apartments- (when ALL of these other coments were posted) It has since been bought by a VERY reputable company who has been doing condo conversions for over 30 years. They spent 6 million dollars on this property right away on the exterior and it is now the best quality condo living (for the price range) in Santa Fe. They still sell units to investors so rentals are still available but only 30% of the property can be rentals. After they finished all of the remodeling on the property it has turned this place around completely. It now has a BEAUTIFUL community areas, a clubhouse, workout room, year round heated pool, and amazing amenties. The staff is very helpful and they have always fixed my problems very quickly. (Tammy- who was refered to in an earlier review- was fired and an entire new staff works here now). I cant say enough about how much this property has changed, I have lived here for 2 years and this place was a dump before but now that all the remodeling is done this place is luxury living in santa fe at its best. There is no more crime problems because the crime issues left with the old residents. We now have security guards and statistically are one of the lowest crime condo properties in santa fe. I love living here and I dont plan on leaving for a long time- give dos santos a second chance- www.dossantosliving.com
