At first glance the place looks great! The people are so friendly you'd think you died and went to heaven! However after the newness wears off you soon realize that your condo is not worth the money you pay. They are all very small condos with no storage. I buy toilet paper by rolls of 4 because there no where to put a 5th roll. What ever you do don't get on the bad side of the property management. They will not give you a warning, they will send you a long letter explaining and I quote "We find you disgusting" in remarks to putting a cigarette out in the parking lot. A simple "please don't do that" would have been nice. Then I got another letter complaining I left dog waste all over the place. I would never not pick up after my dog. It was an out right error on their behalf. The letter also reported that I had been complained about the noise level coming from my condo. However I don't have neighbors on either side of me. Plus I'm not a loud person. Who are these people complaining' So quick to accuse you and threaten you with eviction!!! Don't give into the newness of these condos. They are run by arrogant Santa Fe snobs ready to make your home an uncomfortable sistuation. DON'T LIVE HERE!
