It's great here. We came from California and if anyone's lived in the Los Angeles area, they know that a condo-conversion means it's still a horrible apartment but they now call it a condo and charge $600K for it. They did an amazing job here, we love the existing framework inside our condo. We have a lot of remodelling plans and we don't feel limited at all.

The location is really very convenient too. We found some neat and quick backroad routes to the Plaza and other main areas of town.

It feels safe here as well, I love that I don't need to peek out the window and check that our car is still there.

The people here are very quiet and we hardly hear any noise at all on the night.

It was just absolutely gorgeous here this past weekend when it snowed. While we looked out at the snow in the morning Sunday, we noticed one of the maintainence men that works here walk by with a snow shovel. That was just amazing to us that they do care about the residents here and they even cared on a Sunday morning!

So far so good and we would highly recommend living at the Dos Santos Condominiums to anyone!
