We own a unit at Dos Santos and live in Houston,Texas. We heard it flooded last week in Santa Fe and some units at Dos Santos were affected. We have been trying for 2 days to get someone in the office staff to call us back.

Does anyone know how to get in touch with someone with a passkey who can check on our unit. For the HOA fees we pay, that service should be included.
