Good- Larger rooms than some places, nice pool, grounds kept up, fairly safe {cars broken into occasionally but apts are safe}, close to downtown area and groceries
Bad- Rents are raised at every opportunity, nice exercise equipment with broken tv, management can be hard to reach, constant visits from staff to apts for various reasons, electric and water seem to go out more often than any place I've lived, balconies falling apart, uninsulated windows, not enough laundry machines
