My experience at the Enclave/Rancho Vizcaya Apartments was horrendous!
The management couldn't care less about how we felt about our apartment falling apart or the fact that we had WORMS crawling into our shower every night or that our neighbors were rediculously loud after hours. And after we moved out they tried to charge us $570 for unsubstantiated cleaning and maitenance fees!
It took them 48 hours to repair anything, and 95% of the time the problem was not resolved or fixed and we ended up having to fix it ourselves.
Please heed this advise and find somewhere else in Santa Fe to rent! I know the rent prices look tempting, but trust me if you don't feel like getting raked over for every dime, then find somewhere respectable for your living!
This was utterly the worse apartment complex I have EVER lived in... EVER
