Don't even try to drop your rent, or a movie, in their mail slot. They'll lose it! I've had an arguement with management about how they've lost my check, and how it's MY fault, and how they are going to charge me late fees. They can do no wrong. Their manager, Sheila, won't even consider the fact that they may have lost it, or made a mistake. So, as a result I've had to cancel my check, pay a late fee, get a money order. All in all costing me about an extra $80 just because of their screw up. Oh, and to boot, when we asked one of their staff the exact amount of what we owed, we were told "I don't know. Why don't you just overpay and we can give you a credit next month." WHAT'! When we dropped off the money order, she just said to leave it on the manager's desk and she would get us a receipt on Monday. Does she think we're stupid' We had to practically break her arm to give a receipt right then. Then she got all snotty with us saying it wasn't their fault, they never got the check. Practically pointing the finger at us, like it was our fault. Screw them!! If I could get out of my lease I would be gone in a heartbeat.
