Maintenance staff was timely and efficient. Office staff usually helpful, but sometimes unreliable. Grounds used to be well kept, but recent months have seen a mom-and-pop landscaping place ruin what was really nice grass and shrubbery.

Facilities are decent and usable; rarely does gym equipment fail or the pool close. Contrary to the advertising, the pool is NOT heated and NOT open year 'round.

I've lived in building 18 and building 15, and the lower floor apartments are loud with upstairs noise. Go upstairs if you can. I'm fortunate to have mostly outside walls, so the only thing I can hear of neighbors is usually plumbing or water pressure.

Outdoor lighting is unreliable due to poor design. (Rain and melting snow 'short out' the system).

Covered parking is decent.

There are many crappy apartment in Santa Fe that are too expensive. For the location and all things considered, I feel as if I pay too much money for too little.

Generally, not the most fantastic place to live, but fine for those who can deal with a few minor problems.
