Where do I start' Management cancels out anything good about this place. They are unhelpful and offer little or no customer service. Here are some issues to consider before signing a lease:

The tenant is nickel and dimed for everything--rent, gas & electric, water & sewage, cable, covered parking, pet deposit and rent.

The last water bill is conveniently taken out of your deposit. I normally paid $20 a month and my final bill was $48. Out of a $200 security deposit I received $71.23 back.

You will be expected to steam clean the rugs at the end of your lease. If you don't or they feel the rugs weren't sufficiently cleaned they take it out of your security deposit.

There is a horrible mold problem in the bathroom. Management makes you sign a waiver stating they are not responsible for the mold or any problems it may cause.

Forget any kind of snow removal in the parking lot.

Make sure you accompany them on the final walk through at the end of the lease. They will accuse you of broken doors, windows, etc. and expect you to pay for it.

The air conditioning system sounds like a
B-52 Bomber in flight. The air conditioning vents leak as does the bathroom vent.

If another tenant wants to play music or a musical instrument they are allowed to until 8pm--no matter that they are bothering the other tenants.

Your rent will go up approximately $25 dollars every 6 months if you do not sign at least a one year lease.

If the parking lot lines are being painted, the water is shut off, the water lines are frozen, the fire extinguishers need to be inspected it's "sorry for any inconvenience."

The neighbors are nosy and will report you to Management for anything!

I would think twice about living at this complex. The apartments are old and management rates less than zero.
