To borrow a phrase from Nintendo, this complex can be summed up in two words "You SUCK!"

The "management" staff is the least helpful people I have ever met in my life. There was a girl named Jessica that some doctor fail to list as brain dead. I called to have a few repairs done. A few days go by and nothing. I called again, still nothing. After about three weeks of this, I finally stopped a repair guy and asked him. He checked and sure enough, there was no record of me ever calling.

Forget snow removal. Won't happen.

Parking. Come home early. After 8 pm, cars seem to appear out of nowhere. There seem to be more cars there than actual apartments.

Make SURE you have any problems listed before you move in. And make SURE you walk with them on your check out. Otherwise, expect them to to bill you for EVERYTHING, including "dusty" light bulbs.

To be fair, the repair guys were really friendly and helpful. It's too bad that their management team can't learn something from them.
