Some good, some bad

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
I moved here after getting divorced two years ago and have mixed reviews. On the good side, my apartment is quiet, and the heating and cooling work very well. When my dryer broke, it took a couple of weeks but I did receive a brand new one. Most other repairs took 48 hours or so, and the maintenance staff is very nice. I have also enjoyed the use of pools, hot tubs and racquetball courts.
On the other hand, the office staff are rude and nonresponsive. To be fair, there was a very nice staff there when I first rented in 2005, but they have all since been replaced with less-than-adequate successors. The parking is also a problem. Since I work swing shift, I often have to park four or five buildings over when I get home from work at 8pm. There seems to be a 4-to-1 car-to-resident ratio (what else is new in New Mexico) and there are a few cars that have NEVER MOVED since I first occupied my apartment in August 2005. I have complained about this, but to no avail. Aparently there are no rules about nonfunctioning cars.
There have also been a few break-ins in the parking lot nearest my building.
I would recommend this complex for the convenient location and amenities. Being from back East, I think the rents are a bargain, but people in Santa Fe think it's outrageously expensive - it's all perspective, right' Just don't expect a warm welcome by the office staff or ease of parking.
