Units are soul-less, but reasonably well-built. The management policies, attitudes, and implementation of the policies are rigid, unimaginative, unhelpful, rude and heavy-handed. Management is a misnomer here; these are low-level clerks at best. Also, this corporation does not recycle and these two large complexes produce a lot of recyclable paper, plastic and glass which ends up in the garbage.

I wouldn't recoomend this complex at all.

I have to agree that the management here is very inept. We are a nation wide supplemental staffing company which contracts nurses and other medical professionals for stipulated lengths of time. We housed a contractor here and six months into the agreement, they indicated they did not have a lease with us, despite the fact that our payroll department was paying the rent like clockwork. Numerous problems with management. Manager also refused to provide us with the parent company's contact information being Sentiniel which is based out of NY. Apartment was nice, however the staff and management are truly incompetent.

Sentinel in New York is incompetant as well with also low level clerks! They want your rent but refuse to do repairs on time. When you move out they want the apt spotless even though it was dirty when we moved in! Not a nice place to live and now that they painted it this horrific color, it looks like barf. Do not live here, you will regret it!
