THE MANAGEMENT DOES NOT GIVE A DARN WHETHER THE ROOF IS LEAKING, YOUR GARBAGE DISPOSAL IS BROKEN,AND TAKES UP TO 3 MONTHS OR LONGER FOR REPAIRS! THEY LOVE TO STICK NOTICES ON YOUR DOOR TO EVICT YOU FOR ANY REASON, EVEN IF YOU SAY" BOO"! THEY ARE RUTHLESS, CARELESS AND IGNORANT MANAGEMENT!AND THEY JUST PAINTED THE OUTSIDE OF THE APTS BABY POOP COLOR! RENTER BEWARE! THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE! YOUR HOME IS SUPPOSE TO BE YOUR SANCTUARY AND THEY MAKE IT LIVING HELL!

Amen! Nailed in on the head! The will evict you even for complaining about not getting things done! They also have a clause in there lease stating that if you say anything negitive than they can evict you! What is that! A gag order! Please!

These people at Rancho Vizcaya will rob you blind! I asked them to repair things in my apt and they would Not Do it, instead they stuck an eviction notice on my door saying I was harrassing their staff! There are laws against this!
