I am a former resident for 16 months. The stairs up to our apartment broke and they fixed them in less then 3 days. We also got our deposit money back with the exception of carpet cleaning. I would recommend this place, its better then most apartments anywhere. I just wish they would have turned the sprinkler system on earlier every year, they seem to keep losing grass because of this.
