Horrible. I wouldn't recommend to an enemy....

The WORST apartment complex. Maintence is slow. I was out a washer dryer for 3 months. Refused to compensate me. Does a horrible job maintaing premise in the winter. Parking Lot an ice rink weeks after snowfall. For 3 months I had an inch of ice on my stairs, broken railing, notified management everyday, my friend slipped and fell a flight of stairs, the management strait up lied and denied ever hearing from me. DON't LIVE HERE! Check out craigslist for more reliable housing.

This is right. Our company housed an employee here and the management is most irresponsible and inept crew that ever walked the earth. Refused to give me their corporate number and said they "were not allowed to give out that information" Their owners would croak if they knew how mismanaged this place is. Never again will we extend our business here. Too bad, as our employees often stay in places long term!

The management at Rancho Vizcaya does not care whether they find you dead or alive on your door step. I slipped and fell at their complex because of a huge crack and a constant puddle of water which has been sitting there for years and they refuse to repair it and this puddle is a breeding ground for insects and a huge ice hole in the winter. The health dept. should crack down on this company, Sentinal Real Estate out of New York. The problem here is that we have called New York and the employees in their corporate office, don't care either and the manager here knows this and takes advantage of the tenants. If the health department stepped in they would have an unbeliveable fine for breaking New Mexico laws and not honoring the tenant rights!

Sheila the manager is the most unprofessional low life clerk and could not care less about the property or the tenants and she lies to keep her job! And she hires the same. You will have a nightmare on your hands if you live here!

So TRUE! This is the WORST apartment complex in Santa Fe, I've been a renter for 15 years, and I have lived in 7 different apartments and have NEVER had an experiance like this. If your looking for an apartment that pretty much take 2-3 month (if they ever actually complete) workorders, swimming/spas that hardly ever work, and a just plan rude, and lazy office people this is the place for you, oh and that allows some to get away with everything (the favortism is so transparent), then this is the place for you. RUN don't WALK away from this place.

Hello Annie Turner. I work for a nationwide supplemental staffing company that housed a Contractor here for 14 months. We took over the housing from another company, paid the rent for 8 more months, and then were told that we did not even have a lease, though our office had paperwork to show the contrary. Sentinel would roll over and die if they knew exactly what was going on here. Violation of state and federal law is serious. Hope you are more reputable than your predecessors.
